Private Training.

Two coaches. Two weekend days. Focused 1-on-1 work for players who want individualized attention on specific skills or game preparation. Click a day to book.

Saturday
1-on-1 Private Training
Coach Shemik Thompson
VP Of Strategy And Development
Division I starting point guard at Central Connecticut State, NEC Rookie of the Year
Four-year assist leader for the Blue Devils
Played professionally for Dinamo Bucuresti in Romania

Four years at the Division I level taught Shemik what real development looks like. He brings that into the gym every night, not as a workout, but as a conversation. What makes parents trust him is how he sees their kid.

By Appointment · 9 AM - 12 PM
Saturday sessions are 90 minutes instead of 60. Best for players who want to go deeper than a standard hour allows.

Sunday
1-on-1 Private Training
Coach Wyatt Hockenberry
Player Development
Current assistant coach at Randolph-Macon, ranked #2 nationally in D3 last season
Former Graduate Manager at Saint Joseph's University (NCAA D1)
Played at Marymount as an Atlantic East All-Conference First Team forward

Wyatt grew up in this gym, in this town. He doesn't talk down to players. He talks to them like he wishes someone had talked to him when he was twelve, working on his game in a Chester County gym just like this one.

By Appointment · 9 AM - 12 PM
Sunday sessions are 60 minutes, quick and focused. Best for fundamentals, mechanics, and the love for the game.

Parent Questions.

Don't see your question? Text us directly at 610-715-0710 and get a real answer.

We have a quick conversation when you register, or text us at 610-715-0710. We place every kid based on experience, what teams they've played for, and where they'll get the most reps. Tier changes after the first week are normal and welcome.
That's exactly what our Development groups are built for. Tuesday nights focus entirely on building the base in a patient and supportive room. Most of our current advanced players started on Development nights.
Bundle sessions don't expire during the summer. If you have an 8-Pack and miss a session, that credit stays. Use it the next week, or mix it across groups.
Bundle purchases are non-refundable but transferable to another player in your household. For individual session cancellations, 48 hours notice lets us move your credit to another night that summer. Inside 48 hours the session is forfeited, since that spot is held for your player and can't be re-offered to another family on short notice.
