Building
The Standard
Together
A 10-week summer training program structured as a real partnership. Two of the best coaches in Chester County leading the gym every night. A revenue share that grows with what we build.
Four Nights. Five Tracks. Two Coaches.
Skill-tier groupings, not age-based. Beginners get fundamentals. Advanced players get challenge. Each kid placed where they belong, getting real reps with kids at their level. That's the differentiator nobody else in this market offers.
Wyatt is in the gym alongside Shemik every night. Co-coach on every session, individual player attention, secondary voice. Two high-level coaches every single session is the unfair advantage parents pay for.
A Real Partnership. Aligned Incentives.
Group session revenue splits 60/40 between HYIQ and the coach pool. Within the coach pool, Shemik takes 70%, Wyatt takes 30%. Weekend private training has its own structure, weighted heavily toward the coach running it.
From that $400: $160 flows to the coach pool (40%), $240 to HYIQ (60%).
The coach pool of $160 splits: $112 to Shemik (70%), $48 to Wyatt (30%).
Multiply across 70 group sessions for the summer total. Weekend private training stacks on top.

The HYIQ Stack
Five years building HYIQ. 14 active AAU teams. 150+ families in the network. A real brand parents trust. When you step into the gym, all of this is behind you. This is what the 60% pays for so you can focus on coaching.
